RESERVATION POLICY:

Please call ahead to ensure your consultation time.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

We get it, life happens. Please provide us with at least 24hrs cancellation notice if you can't make it. An administrative fee of $50 will be charged for no-shows or late cancellations.

Package Discounts:

Package discounts are applied when 3 or more services are purchased, as part of, a single treatment course. To apply the package discount either the total amount due must be paid with the first treatment; or the total amount due may be divided, into two installments; with the first installment due at the first treatment and the remaining balance being due at the second treatment.

Our office treats your privacy with the utmost respect. We maintain the rules and regulations as set forth by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). Photos taken are for patient medical records and are not used for promotions or marketing without our patient’s express consent.
